The new studio for ProSiebenSat.1 Austria
Space as a dynamic surface
The redesign of the studio for ProSiebenSat.1 Austria creates an environment that is not a static backdrop, but a dynamic space that is constantly changing. At the centre is a large, curved LED wall that goes beyond its function as a media element. It transforms the space through visual currents and creates immersive depth effects that enable a spatial expansion beyond the purely informative dimension.

Dynamics and expansion of space
The space unfolds as a constantly changing staging. Light, movement and reflection create an atmosphere that adapts to the situation and redefines the space with every use. This is complemented by deliberately placed mirror surfaces that create shifts in perspective and dissolve the boundaries of the studio. Reflections visually expand the space and create an interplay of real and virtual perception that points beyond the physical structure.

The hybrid character of media spaces
The studio is both a production centre and a stage. It functions as an interface between physical space and the digital visual world. The architecture actively intervenes in the media process and supports the hybrid character of the studio by acting not as a neutral shell, but as a flexible system. This creates a new spatial experience in which physical presence and digital expansion overlap.
Architecture as a media system
The combination of LED technology, reflections and flexible spatial extensions transforms the studio into a changeable space. It not only adapts functionally to different requirements, but also constantly reinterprets its own form. This architecture defies a static definition - it lives through movement, reflection and transformation and turns the space into an active component of media staging.
