Submission of the project ÖBB Neues Landgut
04/2025
The ÖBB Neues Landgut residential development is creating an ensemble that blends harmoniously into its surroundings while offering a high quality of living. The stepped building structure opens up to the south and upwards, creating a strong connection to the surroundings and optimal lighting for the inner courtyard.
The project is being planned entirely in BIM, making processes more efficient and transparent. Digital coordination enables more precise planning, minimises errors and optimises the use of resources and construction processes. This ensures sustainable and future-oriented implementation.
